SUNDAYS Contemplative Movement /Drawing/writing as an act of embodying our fluid identities.
——————- Each workshop carries on an open topic related to a visual/artwork and a thematic. I invite participants to be curious and allow spaciousness and time to noticing their body mind landscape as an unknown territory. The guided explorations through movement and somatisation are an invitation to contemplate how our sensations arises through embodied activities . The sequences of movement/drawing & writing support the layers of harvesting personals experiences to then be shared with the group.

sing the lens of "éducation populaire" and politicized somatics, Sabrina and Amélie invite participants to explore how our embodied selves are shaped through three territories: personal experience, place and dis-placement, and history. Through somatic practices, meditation, journaling, and dialogue, participants will engage with the embodied archives carried within them.

Join us for a solstice gathering where somatics, community, and creative expression intertwine. Inspired by mycelial intelligence, this retreat fosters connection, politicized somatics exploration, and joyful play, expanding on SOMA SOMA SOMA.
Set in the nourishing landscape of Wild Heart, we will engage in movement, meditation, somatic exploration, drawing, and journaling as tools for self and collective inquiry. Grounded in politicized somatics, we examine how our bodies hold history, memory, and possibility—practicing new ways of being together in liberation and care.
This is a space for radical care, deep inquiry, and community connection, honoring interdependence and resilience.

Unlearning racism, dismantling forms of oppression and communal healing are a long haul process and I believe we need to weave and connect within our communities with the field of mindfulness to sustain and grow our practice of social transformation with courage and love.
