A 30 minutes session to ground and expand your relational-self: exploring the layers of your embodiment. Through awareness of breathing from our inside out, within cycles of stillness and movement, I invite you to create spaciousness by allowing sensations to be felt and expressed. Reflection time will be offered with specific prompts for optional journaling. Each session is unique and drop in are welcome!
